Security Officer Class “G” Armed Training Class

In the State of Florida and in accordance with Florida Chapter 493, Class “G” licensed armed security officers are required to complete 28-hours of classroom and range instruction under the direction of a Class “K” licensed instructor.
Here at ASI, we will offer the Security Officer Class “G” license training as a three day course. The 1st and 2nd day of training are conducted as ten-hour (8:00 a.m. til 6:00 p.m.) classroom days at ASI’s Training Academy Training located at 2400 Cypress Creek Road, Suite 134, Fort Lauderdale FL 33309. On the 3rd day of the training, it will include 8-hours of range instructions and final qualifications.

Upon passing the final exam and range qualification each student will be given proof of completion to provide to the State when they apply for the Class “G” license.
Please note: All Florida Class “G” license holder must return once per year to complete annual requalification in-order to retain their license.
