Part 2
In accordance with Florida State law, every licensed security officer that is issued a Security Officer Class “D” license based on 24-hours of initial training is required to complete additional 16-hours of instruction within 6 months from the time that the license was issued.
At ASI Consultants & Associate, we will provide you the required 16-hours of Security Officer Class “D” continuation training as two, 8-hour days of classroom instruction. This continuation class, Basic Security Officer Part 2, includes all information required by the State of Florida for officer continuation training to include the new mandated terrorism awareness training.

Students passing the final exam will be given proof of completion to provide to the State of Florida as required to maintain their Security Officer Class “D” license.
